What is RepostLoop?

RepostLoop is a two sided marketplace for Soundcloud users looking to either repost tracks for a fee or get their own tracks reposted to reach a bigger audience. The community is here to help artists, labels and networks reach users they could have never reached before. Making it a really powerful tool for your next release.

How to get access to the beta?

The platform is currently password protected. To get access simply email beta@repostloop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible! In your email, let us know if you wish to be a buyer or seller. It would be helpful!

How much does it cost?

What users like the most is that RepostLoop has no set pricing! It is completely up to you and your budget. There is no monthly fees involved either. We only take a small fee of $2 per order. All of this profit will go towards improving the platform as well as advertisement to bring more quality sellers and customers.

Are the reposts guaranteed?

A seller has the right to decline an order if he believes it will not be a good fit for his/her account, in this case the buyer will receive a full refund for this specific repost.

Can anyone become a seller?

Unfortunately, not at this time. To avoid packing the marketplace with low quality sellers we are hand picking the users that are allowed to become sellers. We may also take down certain sellers if we find them to be unprofessional.

Does RepostLoop control the pricing per repost?

At this time, the sellers have control over that. However, if we believe a seller is charging too much we will get in touch with them to recommend a better pricing.

How can I become a seller?

Do I need a specific amount of followers?

Not at all, however the more active followers your page has the more you could charge per repost!

What are the fees involved?

As a seller, you will not be charged any upfront fees. However, to help the platform scale as well as provide a proper customer service and much more we will charge a 15% fee from each campaign.

How do I created a product?

After registering as a seller and being approved, you will be able to create a product. When inside the ‘Sellers Dashboard’ visit ‘Products’. on the left side of your screen. Click on ‘Add New Product’. You should now see a pop up with numerous field such as Product Cover, Product Name, Price, Category, Product Tag (Genre), as well as a description.

How long does it take for a product/listing to be approved?

Once you have created your product it will go through an approval process. This can take anywhere between 24 hours to 7 days.

How long does it take for a withdraw to be processed?

After receiving some orders and delivering the reposts, you will now have an account balance. Unfortunately, at this time this balance can not be used within the shop right away. You will be required to withdraw your profits by visiting ‘Withdraw/Withdraw Request’. After submitting a request, it may take anywhere between 24 hours to 7 days. After a withdraw has been approved or denied, you can see your withdraw history under ‘Approved Request’ or ‘Cancelled Request’.

What payment methods are accepted for withdraws?

At this time, all payments are handled via PayPal. So make sure to enter a correct PayPal address under ‘Settings/Payment’.

How much time do I have to deliver a repost?

Since this is a two sided market place and we want to make sure we provide the best service possible on both sides, we ask that you deliver within 7 days. If you happen to go above this time frame, in some cases we try to give up to 14 days. However, anything above 14 days will require a full refund for the buyer. And if we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, you profile may be temporarily or permanently taken down.

What should I charge?

We have no set pricing, however we recommend charging a reasonable fee. For instance, think about what you would be willing to pay for a repost on your channel. A channel with 10k followers or less probably shouldn’t charge more than $5. And a channel with 50-100k followers could charge around $5 to $15.

We ask every seller to deliver within 7 days, and in some cases give them up to 14 days until a refund will be required. We guarantee a full refund for every order not delivered within 30 days. However, in most cases it will be handled within 14 days.

Would I get a refund if the repost is not delivered?

Yes, we guarantee a full refund for every order not delivered within 30 days. Either a refund or a delivered repost for every order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are currently testing other payment methods such as Credit Cards and Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum etc).

What other features are being worked on?

We don’t want to share everything that we are working on, but we are paying close attention to the features that seem to be the most requested as well as ones that could help increase the process for sellers and buyers. From auto reposts, instant withdraws, RepostLoop credits etc. If you have suggestions, feel free to email us!

How do I file a dispute on my campaign?

To file a dispute or request a refund, simply email info@repostloop.com with as much information as possible and we will get back to you! Let us know if your goal is to get a refund or the service delivered so we can email the seller at the same time.

How long does it take for a dispute to be handled?

Since it is a two sided marketplace, we may need to reach out to the seller. By letting us know if you wish to receive a refund or the repost delivered could increase how quickly your case will be resolved. Each case will be resolved within 30 days. However, you have nothing to worry about. We guanrantee either a refund or a delivered repost for every order.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

If the case escalated and requires a refund, it will be handled within 7 days of confirmation. To make it easier for everyone, we try our best to simply handle it right away.

Can I share the password to access the RepostLoop Beta?

We prefer to have them email us directly, however yes feel free to share the password! But we ask that you do not ‘post’ it on any public platform such as Reddit, Twitter, Instagram etc. The best thing to do is to simply have them email us at beta@repostloop.com and we will reply to them as soon as possible.
