Last updated 17 October 2026. Loop is made by RepostLoop, repostloop.com. Questions about your data go to hello@repostloop.com.
What Loop does
Loop reposts a creator's own most viewed videos to their own Facebook Page on a schedule. It is a Chrome extension plus a small service at repostloop.com that keeps each creator's loop running.
What the extension reads, and when
- Meta Business Suite. When you are logged in to business.facebook.com and ask Loop to scan, sync or check, it reads the list of your own posts, their views and their earnings for the Page you manage. It does not read messages, ad accounts or other people's pages, and it never reads your Facebook password.
- Frame.io. Only after you press Connect Frame.io, it reads the names and share links of the video files you choose, so they can be added to your loop.
- Google Drive and other links. Only the folder or file links you paste in yourself.
- YouTube. If you type your channel handle, Loop reads the public list of your Shorts and their views.
What Loop keeps
- Your loop. The list of videos you chose, their captions, your posting plan, what was posted and what each post earned. This is kept in your own Loop workspace so the schedule can run.
- Your video files. Files you upload or link are copied to Loop's storage so they can be posted. They are used only for your loop.
- Your Page ID and the partner access you give in Business Suite, which lets Loop post to your Page. You can take that access back at any time in Business Suite.
- In your Chrome, the extension keeps your Loop code and a copy of your loop so it opens quickly. repostloop.com also keeps your Loop code in a cookie in that Chrome for one year, locked so only the Loop extension can read it, so a reinstall finds your loop again.
- Your email, from the payment, to send your welcome email, receipts and anything about your account.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Loop never sees or stores your card number. Stripe sends your receipts, and your billing page lets you change your card, see invoices or cancel.
Who else handles your data
Only the services Loop runs on, each for the job named here and nothing else.
- Stripe, payments and invoices
- Cloudflare, the repostloop.com service and video file storage
- Airtable, where each loop's video list and results are kept
- Make, which posts each video to your Page on schedule through Meta's partner access
- Resend, which sends Loop's emails
Loop does not sell your data, does not show ads and does not use your data for anything other than running your loop.
How long it is kept, and deleting it
Your loop and files are kept while your loop is active. After you cancel, email hello@repostloop.com and everything for your loop is deleted within 30 days. Payment records stay with Stripe as the law requires. You can also remove the extension at any time, which clears what it keeps in your Chrome.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes are also sent by email to creators with an active loop.
